Zoey and her friands have now taken shelter underground . Stevie Rae has now taken a raven mocker into hiding to save him.But she must keep him a secret. They all follow Kalona to bring him down. But the high council doesn't belive them that he is pure evil. Kalona then causes a horrible death of one of Zoeys beloved friends. When Zoey puts all her spirit is a ball and hurls its at Kalona she loses everything including her life. Stark her warrior feels the most responsible about this event . How will he save her without him dying? This book ending is such a cliffhanger. It starts off slow but ends good
